To support the roll-out of a new pharmaceutical sales representative incentive programme across the USA, members of the Hiltrain team developed an introductory workshop for District Sales Managers (DSMs), reinforced by online training.
DSMs who had been ambivalent about the incentive programme and unsure of how well it would translate to the workplace became enthusiastic and were confident that they could successfully implement the new programme with their teams.
