Why Our Solutions Work

Hiltrain listens

We don't come along with a ready-prepared solution. We take the time to listen to your business plans, investigate and clarify your training needs, and really understand how those needs link to your business objectives. Only then do we present our solution - a solution which is tailor-made to your specific needs and circumstances

Hiltrain communicates

As a small consultancy we work hard to ensure that our communication systems, both internal and external, are second to none. This enables us to provide you with a voice of reassurance as and when you need it. It's our belief that our clients should be able to talk to any member of the Hiltrain team at any stage of a project and be confident that their queries will be answered and promises will be kept.

Hiltrain works with you

Because we develop strong working relationships with our clients at the beginning of a project, we can identify potential points of pressure or ambiguity at the outset and develop appropriate contingencies. In this way we provide flexibility and sensitivity to the changing needs of your project just when you need it most. So as and when issues arise or the needs of the project change we can adapt to suit you.

Hiltrain delivers

We deliver training to your specification - on time and in budget.

We can produce a blend of DVD and workbook, web based learning and quick reference guide, workbook and workshop... whatever combination will work best in your particular circumstances. We'll ensure that everyone receives a consistent message and everyone takes the information on board, no matter what their preferred learning style.

Hiltrain understands your learners

At the heart of every training solution designed by Hiltrain is the end user – the learner. We work hard to ensure that every piece of training we develop is tailored as closely as possible to the needs of the learner. In order to do that we consider:

  • The learners' attitude: how do we build their enthusiasm for the change?

  • Their learning styles: which training approach do our learners find most effective?

  • The training environment: where, when and how will training take place?

Once we understand these three core elements we can then create a training programme that the learners will find both effective and enjoyable – one that really works.
