The Training Cycle: Implement

Where a face-to-face workshop forms part of the chosen solution, we aim to ensure that in-house trainers are able to deliver effectively. We will train our clients' trainers to deliver the training package and will also co-present an initial workshop if requested. Alternatively, we can supply experienced facilitators to deliver the entire programme.

To help ensure effective implementation of e-learning we can provide a help-desk facility.

We are also happy to provide a web-hosting service at our clients' request.

Where open learning and other printed materials are involved, we can offer a seamless end-to-end service from production to distribution.

Through our close working relationship with professional printers we will arrange printing and binding of training books and other materials at competitive rates, and then pack and deliver your materials to your chosen locations. Whether you need a box of leaflets to be delivered by Royal Mail or several pallets of training books to be taken to a central distribution point you can leave the logistics to Hiltrain.

Similarly, we will arrange and manage duplication of DVDs, including the printing of inserts, boxing and delivery.
