Evaluate Delivery
We will design course evaluation forms, and collect and analyse data to evaluate the trainees' satisfaction with their training. Where necessary we will recommend appropriate changes to the delivery of the training.
Evaluate Design
We will gather and interpret data to evaluate the carry-over of training into the workplace. Where necessary we will recommend changes in the training design such as workplace reinforcement to improve the carry-over.
Evaluate Business Objectives
We will gather and interpret data to evaluate whether a training intervention has had the desired effect on business outputs. Where necessary we will support the re-evaluation of business objectives and the start of a new training cycle.
