Produce Instructional Design
Based on the key milestones and delivery dates that you have identified, we will create a framework that includes detailed specifications for the development, implementation, evaluation and consolidation of the training. Our design will translate the general principles of learning and instruction into plans for learning materials and activities. It will take account of variables such as the training subject, where and when the learners will undertake the training and the training budget. Part of our role is to gain a thorough understanding of all these variables before making our recommendation of the most appropriate approach to take, in order to ensure a successful outcome to the training.

We will recommend the blend of training media (print, DVD, CD ROM, web-based, workshop), based on the instructional design, that will be most effective in your circumstances.
