Managing Director and Chairman of the Board, Steve Lawson BEng

Since entering the training and development arena in the mid-nineties, Steve has managed the design and implementation of numerous learning and change programmes in the banking, airline and pharmaceutical sectors in the UK and overseas markets.

In addition to his programme management role in Hiltrain, Steve's focus is on developing the capability of our core team and enhancing the range of services we provide our clients.

Pat

Director Patricia Irvine BSc, PGCE

Pat has researched and designed successful training programmes for a number of multi-national clients in a wide variety of market sectors. She brings to the role an insight into how people learn and what motivates learners - insight enhanced by a career in further and higher education.

With particular expertise in analysis, organisation and writing, Pat specializes in producing paper-based learning, video scripts and text for e-learning.

Colin

Finance Director and Company Secretary, Colin Irvine MA, MSc, FCCA

Colin has held management posts in both the public and private sectors for nearly 40 years, plus a research post at Durham University Business School studying the evaluation of management development programmes.
