Hiltrain has extensive experience in designing, producing and delivering face-to-face training that is both enjoyable and effective. Our workshops are highly interactive, providing an element of peer competition within the training while maintaining a safe and non-judgmental learning environment.

A face-to-face learning experience is often an important component of a training intervention. The nature and degree of interaction between learner and tutor, as well as between learners, is simply not available through other media. The key disadvantage is time away from the workplace, so it's vital to optimise the use of the time available. We have found that our clients gain most benefit from combining workshops with another medium such as open learning. Such a combination allows delegates to arrive at the workshop well prepared and ready to practise new skills, making the most of the opportunity to interact.
